God is one not three, 1+1+1 does not equal 1. God the father is the only God. The Son and the Holy Ghost are one with and of God the Father. God the Father is Holy, His Son is Holy, and His Word is Holy. God the Father is in his Son and the Holy Spirit, and the Son and the Holy Spirit are in God the Father. Jesus Christ is the Son of God the Father, he is one with the father, he is the image of the invisible God. God is one!
1 Corinthians 8:6 KJV “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.”
Ephesians 1:17 KJV “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him.”
John 14:10-11 KJV “Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.”
In the beginning, God said let there be and there was. God spoke the world into existence. However, the kingdom of God is not in word but in power. All power belongs to God, he speaks things into existence.
The dust of the ground was there in the beginning because God created the earth with his word, then God made man with that dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. God made man in his image by blesssing and giving man his spirit (Spirit of Life) and gave man dominion over every living thing in earth, but man’s disobedience (sin) to God put man under a curse of death. The only way to escape that curse of death is by having faith in God. Without faith in God through his son Jesus Christ (the word of God), man is not found to be righteous, and souls of men are destined for destruction because of sin. Romans 3:10, 23 KJV “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one” “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”
God showed mercy to man by sending his son Jesus Christ to give his commandment and to die for the sin of the world. Jesus was born of the Holy Spirit (The Word of God) and the Virgin Mary. Jesus Christ is the son of God and the word of God. Jesus Christ was obedient to God to the point of death, he was anointed with the Holy Spirit and given power, and he spoke God’s words. Jesus Christ ascended into heaven to be with God the father, and all the power is given to him. Jesus Christ conquered death so man wouldn’t have to die. No man can get to the father except through his son Jesus Christ. John 3:34-36 KJV “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”
To be justified by your faith in God, you must accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior and repent from your sinful ways. Men are all born into sin and are sinners, but the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses our sins. There is no other way to be purged of your sins but through the blood of Jesus Christ, then you can be made righteous in your faith in God through his son. As a Christian you should obey God and be led by his Spirit. God is a spirit, and those who led by his spirit are his children.
There is only one God, God the Father. The Son and the Holy Ghost are one with and are of God the Father. For man to become a son of God, you must accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior.
Spirit of God:
Isaiah 11:2-3, 8 KJV “And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord:”
Galatians 5:22-23 KJV But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
John 16:13 KJV Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Acts KJV 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
John 14:26 KJV “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
Romans 15:5 KJV “Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus”
Romans 15:13 KJV “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”
Romans 15:33 KJV “Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.”
Relevant Scripture:
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. 1 Corinthians 8:6 KJV
As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one. For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and Lords many,) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
1 Corinthians 8:4-6 KJV
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
2 Timothy 1:9 KJV
Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Colossians 1:15 KJV
But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. John 10:38 KJV
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:10-15 KJV
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
John 3:16-17 KJV For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
John 14:20-21 KJV
Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me. These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
John 14:23-31 KJV
[26] And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. [27] So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. [28] And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. [29] And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. [30] And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. Genesis 1:26-30 KJV
